How DIGITAL MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS LLC processes the data you submit through the dmspro.uz website.

1. Who processes the data

We process personal data in accordance with the personal data legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. What data we receive

Contact form. When you submit a request, you provide us with:

  • your name (as you enter it, for example your full name);
  • your email address;
  • your phone number — optional;
  • your company name — optional;
  • the topic and text of your request.

Your name, email address, topic and message are required. Your IP address and browser details are not attached to the request.

Live chat. If a chat with an employee is available on the website, the messages you write in it and the details you provide are stored in the Odoo system on the company’s server.

Technical data. Like any web server, the website’s web server records the IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the page opened and browser details in its service logs. This data is used to keep the website running and secure.

3. Why we use the data

  • to respond to your request and contact you using the details you provided;
  • to discuss your task and prepare a proposal for the services you asked about.

4. Where the data is stored

The website runs on the Odoo platform hosted on the company’s own server. Form requests and chat messages are stored in this system’s database.

A copy of the request is sent to the corporate email address info@dmspro.uz. The company’s corporate email is provided by Microsoft 365, so the email with your request is also stored in a mailbox with that provider.

5. Third-party services and cookies

No web analytics systems or advertising trackers are installed on the website. Fonts and images are loaded from the company’s server.

The link to the office address opens Google Maps on Google’s website — once you follow it, Google’s terms apply.

The website uses only technical cookies that are necessary for it to work:

  • session_id — keeps your session on the website;
  • frontend_lang — remembers the website language;
  • tz — your browser’s time zone, so that dates and times are displayed correctly.

6. Retention periods

Retention periods for client data are agreed individually with each client.

7. Your rights
